Astrology has been used for hundreds - if not thousands - of years as a tool for understanding cycles, patterns and behaviour.

Modern psychology is based on astrology, some of which is already used in business. The Myers-Briggs test, popular in corporate environments, is based on the archetypes of Jungian Psychology.  Jung, himself, was an astrologer who used the astrological archetypes as the basis of his psychological profiling.

Astrology can be used in business to look at timings, patterns and decisions.  It is also a powerful tool for profiling individuals and teams and understanding how they interact with each other.  Whereas psychology ‘types’ people, Astrology recognises that everyone is entirely unique.
